HABA Pro Prickly Porcupine Balancing Board, 1111805

The prickly porcupine balancing path is a variable system consisting of round brushes and wooden dowels which can be used for different age groups. The stubbly plastic brushes on one side and domes wooden dowels on the other, create a rough, bristly and uneven feel to the bare foot and make it a challenge to cross. Rubber ball elements in corners also tilt bridge sideways or diagonally adding to the degree of difficulty. Construction is so easy that children can even do it themselves. Boards can also be used with Balancing Blocks: 112000 or 111813. Simply hang them into rungs of the block platforms and you have a whole new level of obstacles with different tactile experiences.

Boards are made of genuine birch wood - Length: 7ft x 4" - 6¼"W x 1"thick with metal supports. Topped with plastic brushes and domed beech wood dowels. The four rubber ball feet in each corner of the base - 1½" diameter, are slip resistant, won't damage floors and are safe for hanging. Balance bars are made of of steel pipe powder-coated with a wall thickness ¼". Can be used indoors or outdoors. Weight Capacity: 243 lbs for 7ft. For ages 6 to 12 years old.
